Round 4 of D1NZ National Drifting Championship is now only two weeks away at one of the most favoured tracks - Taupo Motorsport Park .
What you can expect to see at Round 4 of The D1NZ National Drifting Championship
- The D1NZ National Drifting Championship
- The D1 Rookie Championship
- The 2009 D1NZ RC Drifting Championship
- A massive park-up of show cars
- Pit walks and Driver signing
- The F21 Bikini Carwash (always a crowd favourite)

Plus of course, there will be loads more action on the day! The D1NZ team are pleased to announce Castrol Edge is the new Naming right sponsor for D1NZ Round 4 so if you’re in need for oil check them out before anybody else as these guys are the ones supporting drifting at all levels within NZ. Another huge congratulation to Gaz Whiter who took our first place at Round 3 with $1000 cash and a $1000 Dodsons voucher. Kyle Jackways for coming in 2nd scoring $500 cash and a $500 Dodsons Voucher and Sam Groombridge for 3rd gaining $300 cash and a $300 Dodson voucher. All drivers need to confirm their spot for Taupo Motorsport Park ASAP. This is essential so we can put your name in the pull-out program which is included with the NZ Truth the week prior to the round (thats 24,000 papers Nationwide!) All sponsors will need to be pre-registered with D1NZ before the round. If your sponsor is not on the list and you show up in the morning with a vehicle full of people claiming that they are your sponsors - please be expected to pay the general admission fee! No exceptions!All drivers receive 2 x pit crew and 2 x sponsors plus a free sponsor’s trade stand per round. Please ensure that you offer this to your sponsors to guarantee maximum exposure for their sponsorship. We are filming all season for the End of Year DVD so please make sure that your teams’ presentation is at its best at all times (including your pit bays).

Decals:
For those drivers who attended the recent Parkside event, it has come to our attention that the D1NZ door cards and window banners were made to be removed. If you require new banners, door cards and stickers please let us know ASAP so we can have these ready for you at Scrutineering. There will be standard charges as per the D1NZ supp regs for these. Also, please ensure that all appropriate paperwork and gear (gloves, helmet etc) is ready at Scrutineering.
